Delivery Information

We want to make your online shopping experience as convenient as possible for you and will attempt to make next day delivery if possible. We use a trackable delivery service and in most cases, a signature will be required on delivery because we know your order is important to you. When you receive your delivery email, you’ll know your order is on its way.

All UK deliveries will be posted out to you FREE OF CHARGE.

All deliveries outside of the UK will be subject to a standard charge of £8.50 towards our postage costs.

We will post your item out only on receipt of cleared funds, and only on weekdays Monday to Friday or Saturday mornings. Deliveries normally arrive within 1-3 working days, but please note that delivery lead times will be extended over Public Holidays. All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified in the Order. A signature may be required to receive the order and you will be responsible for the product as soon as it is delivered.

Our preferred service is Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm™ Tracked Service, but we reserve the right to use alternatives. This service normally completes delivers by 1:00pm the following day (except Saturdays) but there can be no guarantees from us as we have no influence on delivery. If you require an alternative service please advise us when placing your Order.

In the case of any adjustments to products (eg. Ring sizing) this may extend our delivery lead times by 3-4 days.

When the package has left our premises we cannot be responsible for any items missing or damaged in transit. Please contact us, as a matter of urgency if this is the case and we will investigate fully how it could happen, and attempt to resolve it for you.
