Terms & Conditions
The Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website, and describe the agreement by which we will supply products to you. By accessing and ordering from this website you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us.
Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this website shall be governed by English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We are registered in England and Wales and our registered office and main trading address is 25 Makinson Arcade, Wigan, Lancashire, England, WN1 1PL. Our VAT number is 588823384. If we need to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address on your order. Incoming emails will normally be acknowledged within 24 hours when received Monday to Friday. Emails sent on a weekend will not be picked up until the following Monday.
We attempt to present the products on our website as accurately as possible, both in terms of prices displayed and description of the products. We take no responsibility for the images you see as they will depend on the quality of reproduction of your own device's display and colour capabilities, and we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. All measurements displayed are approximate and any errors on the listings will be entirely unintentional.
Before you place an Order you should read our Delivery and Returning Goods policies. Once you have completed the checkout process we will send an order confirmation email containing details of your Order. This is not an order acceptance; the completion of the contract of acceptance of your order is subject to the following:
The product(s) ordered being in-stock and available for delivery
The information and pricing being correct
Our ability to obtain authorisation for clearing of your payment
Identity and fraud checks being passed
Subject to satisfying the above criteria, we will despatch your order and send an email confirmation to let you know that it’s on its way. Goods will not be dispatched until payment collection has been successful, and it is at this point that a contract will exist under these terms and conditions. Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full.
We will aim to inform you as soon as possible if there is an issue with the payment authorisation process or with any validation checks for your order. We will not accept your order if payment is not authorised. Where there are issues with the authorisation process or validation checks, your delivery may be delayed as a result.
While we make every effort to ensure that the goods shown on our Website are currently available at the price shown on the Website, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If items you have ordered online are unavailable at the price or conditions shown, you will be notified as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event than an online purchase is completed at the same time as in our Shop, the item will be allocated to the customer that successfully completes payment first. If as a result we are then unable to accept your Order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product.
Your right to make changes
If you wish to make a change to the product(s) you have ordered please contact us and we will inform you if the change is possible. If it is, we will inform you of any changes to the price of the product, the timing of despatch or anything else which becomes necessary as a result of your requested change, and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.
All Orders received and processed online will be despatched as promptly as possible if the product is available. We operate a secure postal service for all of our items, using only signed-for / tracked delivery with appropriate insurance where necessary, and normally delivered in 1-3 working days. We will post your item out only on receipt of cleared funds, and only on weekdays Monday to Friday or Saturday mornings. Please note that delivery lead times will be extended over public holidays.
All of our items are carefully and securely packaged, and sent using a secure national postal service. When the package has left our premises we cannot be responsible for any items missing or damaged in transit. Please contact us, as a matter of urgency if this is the case and we will investigate fully how it could happen, and attempt to resolve it for you.
All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified in the Order. A signature may be required to receive the order and you will be responsible for the product as soon as it is delivered. If for any reason we cannot deliver the product(s) to you at the address you have specified we will notify you. If you wish us to re-deliver the products, you will need to authorise us to charge your payment account for such re-delivery. If we do not hear from you within 28 days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment to you less any reasonable delivery charges we have incurred.
For most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If your purchase fails to match our description or your expectations, and you notify us of this by email or other written correspondence within 14 days of delivery, we will commit to provide a full refund of the purchase price (not postage) within 3 days of us receiving the item
If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging with the delivery note, and within the notice period. If we detect any evidence of tampering, altering or adjusting the product(s), this will invalidate the refund offer.
If you are returning a faulty item, we will refund the full postage amount shown on the parcel, back on to the payment account that was used to place the order online.
Re-package the item into its original presentation box and make sure the parcel is sealed securely in a tamper proof envelope. Place a copy of the dispatch note you received with your order into the parcel.

We are not responsible for loss or damage of items when being returned
Once we have assessed the items, the money will be put back on to the payment account that was used to place the order online.

You may download and print content from this site for media related purposes or for your own personal use only. This is subject to the material being reproduced accurately and not being used in a derogatory manner or in a misleading context. Where this material is reproduced, published, broadcast or otherwise issued to others the source and copyright status must be acknowledged. Any other use, without prior written permission of Mr Allan Limited, is strictly prohibited.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If this happens, we will post the new terms and conditions on the website. You are expected to check from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are binding to you. If you do not wish your orders to be governed by the revised terms and conditions, you must not place any further orders. By using the website or buying goods through the website after we have changed these terms, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes.
